A complete, fully drafted employee handbook for Indian startups and small companies with roughly 10 to 200 people. It contains 16 policies (about 9,500 words) in one editable .docx, with clearly marked fill-in fields for your company's numbers and choices. It's written for the current position under the four labour codes (in force since 21 November 2025), and it says plainly where you need to check your own state's rules.
Why many companies need one: any employer with 10 or more employees must constitute an Internal Committee under the POSH Act, 2013 and display a sexual-harassment policy. Non-compliance can attract a fine of up to ₹50,000. Leave, notice and disciplinary rules that aren't written down are what turn exits into disputes.
