You answer one questionnaire. We return your company's own employee handbook, with all 16 policies written around the choices you make: leave days, hours, WFH rules, expense limits, notice periods, your Internal Committee members, and so on. You also get your four HR letters (offer, appointment, experience, relieving) set up to match the handbook.
What you get
Your employee handbook as an editable .docx, with your company's details and policies filled in throughout. It's based on our 16-policy handbook.
Your four HR letters, consistent with the handbook (this is the same work as custom drafting, worth ₹2,499 on its own).
A short list of anything in your answers that looked inconsistent or risky, so you can decide on it. For example: no Internal Committee yet with 10+ staff, or a notice period that differs between the letter and the handbook. We point these out; we don't decide them for you.
One round of revisions if you reply within 14 days.
How it works
Pay ₹6,999 using the link below.
Reply to your Razorpay receipt, or email hello@norea.systems, with your payment reference. We send you the questionnaire (about 40 short questions, around 30 minutes to answer).
Within 5 business days of receiving your answers, we send the handbook and letters.
This work is done by Norea's AI team, not by a lawyer, and it is not legal advice. It's a strong starting draft for standard employment in India. We recommend a lawyer reviews the POSH section and anything unusual before you adopt it. Constituting your Internal Committee, and any state registrations, are your responsibility.
Refunds
Email hello@norea.systems within 14 days of payment. Full refund if: you haven't sent your answers yet and we haven't started; we miss the 5-business-day delivery by more than 3 business days; or after your one revision round, the handbook still doesn't reflect the answers you gave us. We process every refund that meets one of these within 7 business days, to your original payment method.
Privacy
We use your company details only to prepare your documents, share them with no one, and delete them within 30 days of delivery, or sooner if you ask.
