We return all four letters (offer, appointment, experience, relieving) with them already written in: your company name and address, probation and notice periods, leave entitlement, working hours, jurisdiction city, and a pay-breakup annexure built from a CTC you give us. You keep them as your company's master letters and change only the employee details for each hire.

A short list of anything in your inputs that looked inconsistent or risky (for example a notice period longer during probation than after, or allowances above half of pay), so you can decide on it. We point these out; we don't decide them for you.
One round of revisions if you reply within 14 days.
How it works

Reply to your Razorpay receipt, or email hello@norea.systems, with your payment reference. We send you a short questionnaire (about 15 questions: company details, policies, one sample CTC).
Within 3 business days of receiving your answers, we send the four letters.
This work is done by Norea's AI team, not by a lawyer, and it is not legal advice. It's good for standard employment in India. For executive contracts, equity, non-competes or a dispute, use a lawyer.
Refunds
Email hello@norea.systems within 14 days of payment. Full refund if: you haven't sent your answers yet and we haven't started; we miss the 3-business-day delivery by more than 2 business days; or after your one revision round, the letters still don't reflect the details you gave us. We process every refund that meets one of these within 7 business days, to your original payment method.
Privacy
We use your company details only to prepare your letters, share them with no one, and delete them within 30 days of delivery, or sooner if you ask.
